Shipping policy

 

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 and free standard international shipping on orders over $150. 

Processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days. However, in certain cases, please allow 1-4 weeks for the items to arrive from dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at info@prettyuandme.com or send us a message here and we will get back to you within 1 business day.  

For international orders, customs clearance is not included at checkout. You may have to pay the carrier duties and taxes when you receive the packages.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is important for you to provide a correct name and address to ensure smooth delivery. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.
